COVID_Behavior

COVID-19 analysis and data files. Install the environment packages using the req.txt file, then run in the following order:

  1. aggregate_behavior_by_shift.ipynb
  2. behavior_pivot.ipynb
  3. CovidAnalysis.ipynb
