Autism Behavior Prediction

This repository contains data and code files for ASD behavior prediction modeling and analysis.

Data Files

There are three data files, one for each cohort, in the jpm-behavior repository at the root directory. These include AGG.csv, SIB.csv, and BOTH.csv. All files are the same length but have different behavior patterns.

Modeling and Analysis Code

The modeling and analysis codes are all in MATLAB, in particular MATLAB 2020a. The main_final function runs all modeling and analysis code for one user-specified cohort.

Results

The results for the code are in the XXXXjpm folders, and the linear version of the results is marked with a lowercase letter L.
