At the top of the page, the user can select the condition or disease that they would like to learn about using a dropdown list.
What Should I Eat?
This page finds the foods that have matching genes and expressions to the key driver genes chosen for the condition or disease selected. The foods are shown in text form organized by category. The user can then choose between bubble and table view.
Bubble view shows the users a plot of the nutrients where each nutrient is a bubble whose size represents how strong the data supporting that recommendation it. The bubbles are organized by category.
Table view shows the users a table of their recommendations, so that the recommendations are in text form.
Why Should I Eat It?
This page shows the users the genes that their food recommendations are based on. At the top they are shown the key risk genes selected to be searched for based on the condition they selected and the goal expression. Below that, they are shown a table with the gene, expression, and the nutrient that caused that gene to have that expression.
What Studies Say I Should Eat It?
This page shows the users the studies that their recommendations are drawn from.
More Details
This page is intended for a more advanced user or healthcare provider. It provides high level information about their recommendations. First, the key risk genes that were searched are shown. Next, the statistical significance of matches are summarized in a table and a plot of their p-values. This is followed by a table and plot of the log base 2 of the fold change for each matching gene. There is also a plot of p-value versus log2fc of the matching genes sorted per nutrient.
The key risk gene matches are summarized in table of the form:
Gene | Expression | P Value | Fold Change | Nutrient | Study Name |

The studies referenced are also shown in a table of the form:
Study Name | Summary | Link |
