Select the condition or disease that you would like to learn about from the dropdown menu. This can be changed at any time.
The first thing you will see will be a list of the nutrient recommendations found for your disease or condition from the Eat4Genes database. They are sorted into different categories.
This is the bubble plot. The size of each bubble represents how strong the evidence is. The larger the circle, the stronger the evidence is for that nutrient.
When you hover over a bubble, you can learn more about that nutrient. You can see what ranking score the edvidence for it was given and a brief description of that nutrient.
When you click on a bubble, a new window will open with more nutritional information.
At the bottom of the plot, at the legend, you can click on a category to make it disappear or reappear.
You can choose as many or as few categories as you would wish to show. Click on it again to make it reappear.
Using the hamburger menu on the top right of the plot, you can select different ways to export and download your plot.
Using the "Toggle Bubble/Table View" button, you can switch your view to table view. This is where you can view your recommendations in text form.
Use the "Next" button to continue to the next page.
At the top of this page, you can find the key risk genes that were searched for in the Eat4Genes database.
