A graph or two is not showing up or not updated, what should I do?
- First, try to click "Update Graphs" button again. If nothing happens, then try restarting the app. The app has occasional issues and probably a few bugs. Please let us know in GitHub.
Loading seems to take a long time, is that normal?
- Yes, although the loading time should not take longer than about 30 seconds.
- Make sure that you have connected to RPI VPN. If not, the app will never load it.
I think StudySafe has a bug. How do I let you know?
