Leaflet Bubble Map Detailed Description
Size: When "actual size" is selected by the user, the diameter of each bubble will represent the maximum number of users at the building during the input time range. When "same size" is selected, the diameter of every bubble will be 30.
Color: The color of each bubble reflects whether there is a high or low maximum number of users during the input time range. The legend describes the color breakdown in more detail.
Switching to other tabs: If the user would like to see more detail on a certain building, the user can click on the building's bubble. A pop up will appear with the building name, exact maximum number of users, and exact average number of users for the time period. There will also be a link to see more detail. When clicked on, the app will switch to the Campus WiFi Dashboard tab with the input building already selected. The user may continue to change the inputs in the dashboard tab, go back to the map, click to view another detailed visualization, or click to view a daily overview. These options may be selected towards the top of the page on all other tabs in the app.
This graphic has the ability to change based on selected options. These are users versus devices counts (red circle), day (blue square), building type(s) (yellow trapezoid), time period (green pentagon), and the size of the bubbles (orange triangle).
The graphic on this page is a map with dots that represent the number of users on the selected building. There is a pop-up ability if you click on the dot that will tell you the name of the building if you click on it. You can zoom in and out with the plus and minus signs in the top left corner.
To move to the next page, we select the dropdown menu indicated. This will give us a list of pages to choose from. The bolded page is the one the user has currently selected.
